Cultural Quarter Launch.

At the time of the Cultural Quarter Launch the Civic Centre was covered in scaffolding. In order to hide this, and to advertise the launch, we created a hoarding design that spanned the length of the building. This would encompass pieces produced by local artists and children’s poetry.

A poet was commissioned to work with local schools to produce poetry to support the art. I was then given the art images and the poetry and asked to create something fluid that blended each section making it work as one long image.

‘The Please Do Touch Trail’

Creating this concept for a children’s trail leading from the library to the art gallery. This was introduced to encourage children to see art and be more creative. I created floor and wall graphics, plinths, easel posters, foot prints and arrows to guide people through.

Working with the gallery and an illustrator we created this leaflet. Informative yet fun for children to get them to interact.
